Office Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be able to run and integrate our office by supporting the team personnel, and by providing technical support for the project managers to help them implement projects within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate meetings, calls and mail
• Consistently follow up with clients, vendors and city agencies
• Oversee facility maintenance and supplies
• Monitor project deliverables
• Assist with collections
• Fill out paperwork

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3~5 years in related office experience
• Self-disciplined
• Business acumen
• Verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Familiar with construction
• Understanding how municipal agencies operate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in QuickBooks/accounting
