The VP of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including financial management, project management, and business development. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Managing budgets and financial reporting
- Overseeing project management processes, including project scheduling and resource allocation
- Leading business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and cultivating client relationships
- Hiring, training, and managing staff
- Administering office and HR welfare
- Handling business relationships
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborating with the leadership team to set and achieve company goals

Business Development
Job Description:
We are currently looking for a candidate to fill a business development position. Responsibilities include the following,
- Pursue new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships
- Identify potential clients and projects through networking and industry events
- Help develop and implement business development strategies to grow the firm’s client base and revenue
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and vendors
- Work closely with the firm’s leadership and contribute to the development of the overall business strategy
