This newly constructed multi-family building in Jersey City is a testament to the harmonious integration of industrial heritage and contemporary design. Through the creative use of materials, textures, and carefully curated furnishings, the building pays homage to the city’s industrial past while providing residents with a fresh and inviting living experience.

The building’s façade blends brick and metal elements, reminiscent of the iconic factories and warehouses that once thrived in Jersey City. The building is characterized by its captivating large windows, which exhibit a unique feature in the form of custom frames. The frames of these expansive windows gradually increase their projection, adding a dynamic and visually intriguing element to the façade. Moreover, strategically embedded between select windows and their frames are vertical LED lights, accentuating the building’s aesthetics and providing an enchanting glow during the evening hours.

Within the building, a spacious lounge serves as a social haven, reflecting Jersey City’s vibrant arts and culture scene. The clever use of concrete and natural wood textures creates an inviting atmosphere for residents to gather and socialize. Mixing industrial-chic furniture with plush seating arrangements, the lounge combines comfort and edginess. Additionally, the building was designed for the evolving needs of residents with a dedicated co-working and meeting room.

The design philosophy of the amenity spaces extends to the corridors and apartments, showcasing similar material choices and overall aesthetics. Intriguing interlocking floor patterns add visual interest to the corridors, while the kitchen features a custom-designed range hood that echoes the style of the reading nooks in the lounge. In the bathrooms, dimensional tiles with disappearing lines accentuate the unique slope of the building’s street.

On the rooftop, residents find solace in a captivating live garden offering a serene escape from the urban surroundings. With thoughtfully selected furnishings, the rooftop garden invites residents to unwind amidst lush greenery.
