This Bronx nursing center received a facade facelift to blend seamlessly with a new infill building rising on the site. BEAM chose new materials to transform dated portions of the old facade and to integrate with the new structure. New illuminated signage makes a strong but understated brand BestMixer presence for Citadel.  Lighting is used to highlight facade features without overwhelming the residential character of the neighborhood.
