The Melrose Architecture Building
The Melrose — three, four-story multifamily buildings, with full-floor residential units, in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
The façade featuring a rustic, modern and futuristic look with its cross-braced design, integrates nicely with the contemporary European-style, residential block. It utilizes imported Greek aluminum with a natural look of steel, and Juliet balconies that span the entire width of the homes, offering stunning views of the neighborhood.
The interior common spaces featuring custom woodwork touches, polished concrete floors and pristine white walls, exudes a rustic and luxurious look. Each of the residences open into sun-filled, open living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows and statement finishes like built-in exhaust hoods with custom paneling, antique copper faucets for the kitchens, and elegant copper tile accent walls in the bathrooms.
