With this 2-story residence, BEAM developed a signature look to appeal to a young, artsy demographic. Materials and finishes were chosen for their appeal and their durability. The interiors feature rustic barn doors and exposed brick fireplaces with custom mantels. Balconies were incorporated into a new metallic and wood-finish facade. The lobby features an original mural by a local artist.
